Hello, my darlings. I hope your weekend is off to a fabulous start. Today’s post is going to be super easy peasy. The title makes it pretty self explanatory but I just had to share because this recipe was delicious. I thought it would just be your every day, run of the mill sandwich, but I love it. I eat avocado all the time and tomatoes too. I actually love plain tomato sandwiches but, funny enough, I had never had these two together in a sandwich before. It’s a perfect flavour combination. Go make yourself one now and let me know what you think.
- Light rye bread
- Half a tomato, sliced
- Half an avocado, sliced
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- A little bit of shredded cheddar cheese
- Miracle Whip
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A dash of hot sauce
I also had some pepperoncinis on the side. They are my weakness. I love them so much. My stomach does not. I eat them anyways.
- Toast your bread slightly.
- Spread a small amount of Miracle Whip on toast.
- Add everything else.
I told you it was easy peasy. So much so that it doesn’t actually need a recipe. I’m sure you could have figured this out yourself but, like I said, it was so good I just had to share.
