Who doesn’t love a great steak? Not me, that’s for sure. I could eat steak every day. I like to experiment with different flavours and marinades but I really hit the jackpot with this one. My search for the perfect marinade is over, and just in time for summer.
Do you guys have the same obsession with being outside on the patio or the deck in the summer that I do? Maybe it’s because I live in Canada, where it’s cold for what seems like 10 months out of year (but is probably more like 8 months of the year). So I feel like I have to squeeze every possible moment out of the warm temperatures when they’re here. There will be A LOT more barbecue recipes because I cook everything on the barbecue in the summer. So get ready. We’re also building a deck starting this weekend so get ready for the step by step process for that (and wish us luck because we’ve never done this before!).
Lots of summer projects coming this way. I’m excited and you should be too. Keep posted!
