Hey guys and welcome back! I hope you had an awesome weekend. I did a LOT of work this weekend in the office, so much so that I didn’t have time to write a post today but there will be one tomorrow to make up for it. In the meantime, here’s a throwback to one of my favourite projects. Check it out and stay tuned for tomorrow!
Finally! After all this time! Remember when I posted about doing my office renovation here back in March? Well, I will finally be getting around to that this weekend. After all this time, why now? Well, because I found out yesterday that I got a BIG promotion that I was really hoping for. Yay! Woohoo for me! And a part of this new position is that I get to work from home a couple days a week so it’s really time to get this office reno under way, don’t you think? Read more
Is there anything better than going to sleep on Sunday night knowing that the lunches for the week are made and ready to go? Probably, but not much. It’s such a weight to be lifted off your shoulders what with everything else that life throws at you. I’ve gotten into the habit of doing it and when I don’t have time on Sunday to do it, it really does throw off my week. So, I’ve wrangled up some of my favourite go to recipes for you.
Hello again and welcome back! So happy that you’ve decided to stop by. I hope you came hungry because this recipe is sure to please. I’m probably going to be making it again today, I liked it so much. Hopefully you’ll love it as much as I do!
Welcome back, my lovelies! It’s been a while hasn’t it? I’ve missed you all terribly and now it’s time to get back to work.
Happy New Year! Time to eat healthy and get back on track after all those Christmas baked goods. This salad is one of my all time favourites so make it and eat it and love it. Cheers!
Looking for something healthy and delicious for dinner tonight? You’ve come to the right place. I’ve been experimenting with salads lately and I must say that this one is certainly a winner. Salads are so versatile, you can throw a couple ingredients together, add some lettuce and you’re done. The problem I have is that I have an insatiable appetite and salads just don’t do it for me. I’ll have a gigantic serving, feel really good about all the healthy choices I’m making and then hear my stomach rumbling 15 minutes later. I can almost hear it’s muffled cries for pizza. Not with this salad, though! The chickpeas and the eggs are very filling and it’s delicious to boot. You won’t be feeling anything but satisfied after eating this one.

Hello my lovelies! You may have noticed that I’ve been a bit MIA lately. Well, first off, the holidays were crazy busy and I had family staying with me. Everyone who has had family staying with them or hosted big Christmas parties knows that there is nothing better than being surrounded by your loved ones but it can be a little stressful. Needless to say, I had a great Christmas this year but now I’m ready to get back on track with The Creative Fox Den.
I’ve decided to change things up a bit and do a redesign here so that’s been taking up some of my time as well. I’m really looking forward to the direction that the blog is going in and I think that you guys are going to love it! Until the “reno” is done (only another week or so), I’ll be re-posting some old favourites.
A big part of these new changes is that The Creative Fox Den is going to be focusing on DIY and food going forward. Don’t fret, though! Friday Night Movie Recommendations will live on! They’re moving over to That Moment In where you will also be able to listen to The Random Chat Show, a weekly podcast that David, Kim and I do and I’ll still be doing 2 Movies 1 Moment with David too. So there are still lots of movie posts on the way!
I’m really looking forward to the new years and the changes that are taking place and I’m so happy to have all of you with me for these exciting times!
So, keep posted, thanks so much for all your comments and staying with me all this time! The best is yet to come!
